Please complete the below form by selecting your start date, activity and your starting location followed by all the locations where you are staying overnight.
Please double click on your final destination to mark it as the finish (it will turn from an orange colour to burgundy).
You will then be able to bespoke your luggage moves by selecting the accommodations. If the place you are staying at is not on the list, please provide the full address of the property.
Please note that we do not deliver to:
- YHA Ennerdale and Black Sail,
- YHA Helvellyn,
- YHA Boggle Hole,
- any accommodation located at the bottom of Robin Hood’s Bay due to access restrictions.
These locations will have DNS (do not service) next to them and if selected, we will assume that you wish to have your bag held overnight and you will carry your overnight things with you in your daysack.
At Robin Hood’s Bay, you can select The Victoria Hotel who will hold your luggage for you until you arrive – there is a small charge for this.
The maximum bag weight is strictly 20kg – there are additional charges if your baggage is overweight.
Once you have selected all your accommodations, you can then continue to select your extras, such as passenger transfers and car parking.
You are welcome to save your itinerary whilst you are finalising your plans. Do note that itineraries are not treated as bookings until booked and a deposit paid.
